Very little happened this week. This is probably a projection of me being busy this week, but that is fine. Turn 7 will be a LOT more interesting, I reckon. Anyways, here are the reports:
Barony Established!
This week, Count Zach III knighted the now Baron Fleck Demonslayer of House Giantslayer, Lord of Rosethorp, Old Watcher Keep, and Greenburg. As well as this, Old Watcher Keep was restored by him and his allies, including the Priestess of Sif named Bea.
Unknown Men in Blackwater Bay
There are rumors of hooded, dark-skinned men from overseas, or perhaps it was beyond a great desert…anyway, the men were said to have visited a few common establishments of Blackwater Bay. They say those hooded men were asking all manner of peculiar questions around town. Asked the stable boy whether horses spook at strangers. One of them wanted to know when the last carts leave the roads for the day; another was asking if anyone remembered a particularly cold spring some twenty years ago. Heard they asked the innkeeper about rooms with windows facing the street, though the blacksmith swears they were more interested in who’d been buying lamp oil lately. Strange thing is, no two folk seem to agree on exactly what they were asking. Still, they were poking their noses into people’s business.
Unknown Men in Blackwater Bay
Under the cover of a new moon, dark forces raid the village of Blyth! They managed to capture some slaves for their God, Ebren, before extreme adversity from the militia came. They also gathered quite a bit of coin from the houses they did attack. This act of aggression was by an unknown foe... dark things are stirring in the realm.
Knights in Rosethorp
A group of knights, who refused to identify themselves, were seen in Rosethorp talking to adventurers at first, but then working with the local gentry, including a halfling who is a member of House Giantslayer. They went a few miles north-east and came back within the day, the adventurers laden with treasure. The knights remain unidentified, however.
