Made some record sheets based off of the old 1st Edition AD&D Dungeon Master's Design Kit. Originally, it was just made for me and my friends, but I decided to throw it out to everyone. This can be used for a variety of games, it is purposefully pretty generic, but it works best for DF. Should be printer friendly as well. See link below for access to the PDF.
